Terms & Conditions

By accessing or purchasing any product or service from Deep Line Works, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Offered

Deep Line Works provides:

Custom ghost production services, created on a project-by-project basis.
Exclusive catalog tracks, sold only once and never resold.

All services are digital and delivered electronically.

2. Custom Ghost Production Projects

2.1 Project Acceptance

All custom projects are reviewed individually.
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. Pricing, scope, and timeline are confirmed via email upon approval.

2.2 Production Workflow

Custom projects follow a structured workflow:

Production & Composition
Mixing
Mastering

The production phase includes up to two (2) feedback rounds, focused on creative direction (arrangement, energy, sound selection).

Once the production phase is approved, the project moves to mixing and mastering.
Creative changes are not permitted beyond this point.

2.3 Feedback Policy

Feedback must be:

Sent as a single written message
Clearly described
Referenced using timestamps (MM:SS)

Vague, informal, or technical mix/master feedback during the production phase may be declined or require additional fees.

2.4 Payments

A 50% upfront payment is required to begin any custom project.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid after final approval and before delivery of final files.
Upfront payments are non-refundable once production has started.

2.5 Cancellation

If a client cancels a custom project after production has started:

The upfront payment is non-refundable.
No ownership rights are transferred unless full payment is completed.

3. Exclusive Catalog Tracks

Each catalog track is sold once only.
Upon full payment, the buyer receives 100% exclusive rights.
All sales of catalog tracks are final and non-refundable.

4. Ownership & Rights

Once full payment is completed:

The client receives full ownership and usage rights.
Deep Line Works retains no claim over royalties, publishing, or credits unless otherwise agreed.
Ghost production remains confidential unless disclosure is mutually agreed.

5. File Delivery

Final delivery may include:

WAV master
Extended mix
Radio edit
Stems

Preview files shared before final payment are for evaluation purposes only and may be watermarked or limited in quality.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and custom nature of the services:

All sales are final.
No refunds are issued for completed or partially completed work.

7. Limitation of Liability

Deep Line Works is not responsible for:

Label rejections
Release performance
Distribution outcomes
Third-party platform issues

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Chile.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santiago, Chile.
